| Job Description : | Working closely with the Swindon Distribution Centre Operations Manager, this front line role will focus on the supervision of a dedicated team of Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers ensuring that, at all times, both Company Policy and Ministry of Transport regulations are adhered to throughout the daily operations. You will be involved in a multitude of issues which will include vehicle maintenance and upkeep issues, induction and training of new recruits, day to day man-management issues, some administration and the provision of relief cover during holiday and sickness for your team. A full LGV Category C HGV Class II driving licence as well as a RTITB Fork Lift Truck licence are essential although the later can be obtained through training. |
